When it comes to coaching my philosophy is simple - get to know the person, find key aspects they want to improve, find the areas of opportunity and then double down on building genuine relationships while unleashing their true potential.
I have spent my entire life involved in sport with 20 years of field sport experience. I understand the deep complexities involved in being an athlete. Looking back, there’s so much more I could have done to better prepare myself but didn’t know where or who to turn to for help. I don't want athletes to feel the same.
I have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing people. In the last 6 years as a personal trainer Ive had the opportunity to help people from all different walks of life. In sport, I’ve been lucky to be involved with a number of Premier rugby teams, First XV squads, rowers, mountain bikers and, through the Canterbury Rugby Union, high level referees.
I’m looking to help anyone who has a goal in mind and a desire to unleash their true potential.

Koula Performance training programs utilise an online training app that offers comprehensive tracking of exercise routines, training loads, wellness, and feedback via video, voice, and text. Our coaching methods incorporate the latest techniques in human performance, maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of your training efforts. With a broad of performance techniques, including strength, conditioning, mobility, speed, agility, and cognitive training, our program provides the training experience.
